Which could be taken as Trump will be sick and then will come back in 3 days, or Trump "passed" and will come back in 3 days.
Either way it's nutty. Why 3 days? How in the hell would he know that Trump would be recovered in 3 days if sick?
That coupled with his typical pompous "I'm in the know" schtick, where everything he types only exists to give an impression that he's some kind of Q insider or prophet of God.

He painted a scenario where Trump got sick from Vaccines, he did it knowing full well he would get sick and that he would die from it. He posted that Trump would "come back" after 3 days. He said it would be biblical. Every post in every word, every point he made was in the direction of Trump dying and being resurrected after 3 days, like Jesus.
Then he edited them, after getting called out on it and ratioed into oblivion.
Look at his downvotes. Why was he getting ratioed, if I'm the only one who saw the insanity he was posting?

If a comment has been revised, you will see a tiny hand to the right of the visible upvote / downvotes.
You see:
{person's name} {number of points} {minutes/hours ago} {+votes | -votes} {if there is revision, tiny hand}
