I’m curious how long it takes to put these filings together? Is it really just a matter of hours? Or, has this been prepared for a while and put into motion when the timing was right?

I have the same curiosity about President Trump’s lawsuit against the Wall Street Journal and Rupert Murdoch. Can something be pulled together that fast?
