as events unfold some of the crimes that are about to be revealed will meet the threshold for Treason, there will be no doubts.
The DOJ will hand individuals cases to the Military JAGs for Tribunals.
Treason is outside of the DOJ's jurisdiction.
Sidney Powell is a fully qualified JAG who has been involved in certain matters for a number of years, I think that we are about to see her Kraken enter the Chat
I hope she is, but I can't find anything other than rumors about her being connected in any way to JAG.
She is still in trouble though. She beat the Texas bar once (after an appeals court ruled in her favor, but there is another case in Texas against her after her guilty pleas.
Same in GA.
Hopefully they both clear her, but they won't. It will likely take appeals. Honestly they shouldn't call it the BAR anymore. They should just call it the BA - there are no "R's" on their board. All "D's". Her cases are stacked against her.
The BAR. In America it seems whenever a republican (hence the 'R') goes before the bar for "disciplinary actions" they seem to lose their license. The Bar Association here (at least in Texas) seems to be only populated with democrats (hence the 'D'). That's what I mean by just dropping the 'R' and calling it the BA.

BA is British Accredited, which is a civilian qualification, not relevant to Military matters.
