US+Russian citizen here. They do have the concept of registration (basically imagine you had to prove the address on your drivers license) which is helpful for things like anti terrorist investigations, but I have lived in Russia several years and have not been asked for documents except once at a random stop in Moscow (they do have those). Definitely less police pressure than we had living in the US (where I was born and raised).
There has never been a moment where anyone in Russia has suggested that I do anything disloyal to the United States. It is a deep state illusion that there’s some kind of chasm between the countries. They have a great deal in common and their patriots even more so.
I moved for many reasons but the biggest one was that the vaccination + CPS regime was tightening its grip before the scamdemic and it was already affecting our family. We did what we had to do and don’t regret it. I’m here on this board because I love the real America, the one that is not controlled by organized crime. And so do Russians, including the government and the military.
I remember talking about how in Russia they had to pass “papers please” checkpoints to travel.
At some point, it dawned on me that, “wait one minute…”
Very few of us have fixed it yet, of course.

How exactly do you swear allegiance to two different countries ? Do you have two wives as well?

I have no disagreement with anything you said. My question was how does one swear allegiance to two different countries ?
