There's going to be a huge amount of denial and massive displays of narcissistic rage from the average Leftists as well as from the Deep State.
And now that AI is so prevalent, it will be easy for them to reject anything they don't like as FAKE. That's where the denial is really going to come in.
TDS is the complete inability to adjust your worldview based on new information. These people are still screaming that they could not have been wrong about our politicians/leaders for the past four or five decades, and it MUST be the other side (us) that is wrong and evil and bad.
Their worldview is being shattered and some are incapable of re-adjusting.
Buckle up. It's likely to be a rough ride. But our part to play in all this will be trying to help those around us with severe TDS and major denial. We've known the truth for a long time and it will be up to us to help those who quite literally cannot handle the truth.
