My guess is that he has been arrested a long time ago. I remember during one speech Trump accidentally called him prisoner obama. I remember back about 4 years ago, there was a video of Obama walking and he turned into a sausage for a second. That seems to show that the images that we see and of him are just AI
A weird video is only a weird video, whether or not Obama is arrested. But it is a curious arrest when he is out and about, making all kinds of public appearances. I will wait for the real thing.
