We've all done it before. I had to look it up myself because if you think about it, if the President appoints someone (in this case he has to pick form the currently-seated Federal Reserve Board of Governors) he should have the right to "un-appoint" or fire them.
Trump appointed this dork in his first term and Biden's autopen reappointed him for a second term.
Yea, I had to ask my wife how the Fed Chair was appointed, thus I expected her to say the Board nominated and voted on that person, but her reply caught me off guard, thus my mea culpa. Sometimes we open our mouths with good intentions and yet they turn out to be misinformative speculations. For some reason this is bugging me, but after a good nights sleep I'll probably forget I ever thought of it. Cheers, fren.
I have the super power of being able to forget stuff like that as soon as I walk out of the room. Unfortunately I then forget why I was in the room and wonder what I forgot to grab. Ugh.
Cheers fren.
