I mean think about it logically. You can't really be prosecuted for a crime you committed while president.
But if you're part of a conspiracy that was active before you became president, was active during your term as president, and continued to be active after you were president, what does that get you?
In my view, nothing. Especially not if you're actively involved in the criminal conspiracy after leaving office.
If you're actively involved in the criminal conspiracy after leaving office, presidential immunity for the actions you took while in office mean nothing.
Although we're continually told that presidents receive complete immunity, that isn't true. Presidents are only immune for official acts taken within their constitutional authority. What Obama did to Trump seems like it definitely falls outside those perimeters. That gives me hope that we will see him prosecuted - including what he did while in office. Here is a link to a quick overview of the Supreme Court's Presidential Immunity Decision regarding the Jack Smith/Pres. DJT case.

I'm thinking if a sitting President shoots and kills someone out of malice, then he would/must be charged with murder. There is no way killing someone is in part of their duties. Thus, treason is readily available for a charge against Barry, plus since he cannot prove up his birth certificate, well, we all know what that means.
He did more than that. He fiddled with minors, that should be enough for exile and hanging
Didn't Trump say he could go out and murder someone without getting in trouble?
