I would go further: The shares in the company who is found guilty of it should be forfeited and transferred to some special fund that pays for health recovery.

If someone wanted the flu vaccine - they would go for an easy one (with the needle).
If they hide it in other things - one would need to be really naive to believe that it has any other goal than a “solution” for “unvaccinated”.
