Blacks were doing better than ever in the 1950s and early '60s economically, and continued to have strong families that provided the life-long emotional health and strength that only comes from a loving infancy and childhood. Black communities WERE actual communities. Yes, racism was still a nasty problem, but the Boomers were starting to put an end to that (and the Beatles really kicked off the change that made racism UNCOOL when they REFUSED to play venues that practiced segregation).
But then LBJ, the Dems and the Cabal (but I repeat myself) put an end to up-trend for blacks, and for America as a whole, with the character-destroying, LIFE-destroying "Great Society" programs (welfare, affirmative action, and more) along with the War on Drugs and the Vietnam war.
Add that all up and it's amazing that ANYTHING resembling civilization remains here in America.
The Great Society particularly targeted blacks, and with welfare creating millions of families without fathers at home, with the War on Drugs (targeting drugs that -- when legal -- mostly caused fewer problems and less health risk than alcohol and tobacco) funneling young men into gangs and many of the remainder being sent to Vietnam to be broken with PTSD after having been trained to kill and to not see enemy humans AS human -- well, having set up THAT fun-house of life-wrecking horror, it's no surprise that much of the "black community" needs decades of healing.
I agree. It's from institutionalized psy ops and instilling of victim consciousness. The lizards want us divided any way they can do it - by race, religion, gender and sex preference, etc.
It’s funny. The way he is dressed is pretty standard for an inner city black man, but step back and look at it and ask yourself if black men would dress like this if they hadn’t been programmed into it. He’s got long hair like a lady, and which would only make him vulnerable in a fight. He’s wearing bright colors like a woman peacocking her figure. His pants and jacket are two sizes too big, making him look like a kid playing dress up. The fabric looks silky and soft, like women’s clothing, and it poofs out like a dress. Everything is stamped with a corporate brand of ownership. He’s got this goofy oversized watch even though he probably has no set schedule, so it’s totally ostentatious. If he isn’t wearing it here, there’s a good chance he has multiple piercings, like a woman, and wears all sorts of jingly jangly jewelry, like a woman.
It’s almost like a humiliation ritual. Like there’s some scheming creeps in a boardroom thinking what other ridiculous, self-destructive, womanly thing they can sell to black men. Maybe mascara? All the toughest black dudes will start wearing cat eyes and glossing their lips?

Hard to hear, but I think he is talking black on black crime.
