I wonder in those meetings that they tried to entrap Flynn if someone, like a secretary, took notes. Then could the prosecutor ask Mr. Barry, "Did Mr. X say for someone to try and frame Mr. Flynn?" Barry has to answer truthfully or be held in contempt, because the prosecutor wasn't asking about Barry's actions during that meeting, he was asking about Mr. X. Of course Barry will take the Biden route out of answering..."I don't remember what was said by who."
