When I was a principal we had rules about proper dress code. Politically motivated, sexual content, and drugs/alcohol promotion attire was prohibited. Given the audience and the motivation for the prohibition, it stood up in court...over and over. Like it or not...one may have an amendment right of freedom of speech but it is unlawful to yell fire in a crowded theater when there is no fire. Same principle with attire.

school rules that violate freedom of speech and freedom of expression (e.g. wearing a trump shirt) have been struck down many times in many courts. Why are you so adamantly defending this man's rights being violated (if in fact this venue is publicly funded in any way)?
You chose to accept that. Most of us dont accept that drivel. When they stop the homos from dancing naked in public with dildoes glued to their foreheads maybe id consider such a rule expedient. Until then its tyranical. Also, ive never enforced a rule i didnt agree with. Never will.
