Although very convenient for this man, there is such a thing. If you have somebody in your life with dementia, you will know it all too well. You have to get many doctors to sign off on this though. Or you could be part of the deep State and just need one corrupted doctor. Probably the latter.
WE have a bunch here in the Sunny State...and there are VERY BLANK STARS as the VANS drive around delivering the people to their homes after a break for the care-giver!!!!!!!! This is for a price of course!!!!! Somebody has to make a buck on the them!!!!
