I am sure that they are recruiting recent ICE members that had aged out or retired, plus new ones.
The previous age limit for new ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) agent applicants was a minimum of 21 years old and a maximum age, generally, of 37 for criminal investigators and 40 for deportation officers. These age restrictions have been removed as of today, August 6, 2025.

DHS is a good place to get backstabbed by lots of Type A personalities all cheating on their spouses and shifting all their work downhill to any real sucker patriot that shows up, then retaliated against if you are dumb enough to fall for their ubiquitous 'see something, say something' posters.
