She is lying and she knows it but so many people buy into this shit and that is what makes it so very wrong. She is speaking to the sheeple.

Trump has told the nation he offered, the day before, 10k additional NG troops.
She REFUSED, of course, because she wanted the mayhem movie to go off the way they had scripted.
They had actors on set before 8 am getting blocked (placed in position around the Capitol grounds by directors, where they would just stand and wait 3-4 hours for the real Trump supporters to arrive from the rally). They had cases of bottled water for cast and crew distributed about the set. They had throngs of crisis actors in fake Trump gear and fake cop uniforms getting ready to play-fight. (Which explains why they held back the footage for as long as they could, because it proves their sedition.) They had a LEGION of videographers and photogs all over the place.

They lured good people into the Capitol and violated their First Amendment rights.
