"Pre-CIA" operator Allen Dulles (backed by MI-6) started putting crime bosses in place just prior to the CIA official creation, including Nancy Pelosi's father Thomas D'Alesandro Jr. as Mayor of Baltimore in 1947 to control the strategic and nearby Baltimore Port and Police. Nancy is a transplant into CA from this Baltimore/Sicilian crime syndicate that is allied with the DC/Mossad crime syndicate brought in from TX to run DC by LBJ in 1964. Arguably, nearly every murder of a gov't official, reporter, or politician in DC since 1964 was a hit covered up by the DC police. The "high crime rate" has been used as cover for cartel-like violence to silence anyone trying to stop the corruption.
