Look on the right hand sidebar for the link.
Unfortunately if someone is using their phone they won't ever see the sidebar - even in browser desktop mode on a Samsung Fold opened up completely.
Mods - is there a way to maybe put a link to the sidebar on the front page? It would be useful for a lot of people - and it does have the rules for the board. Might help cut down on some spam or forum sliding, and help people remember how to embed Q drops and gifs.
