I've heard of people doing stunts like eating plutonium, though I wouldn't advise anyone to ingest any metal.
That's true. I had forgotten. Same for me. Gold is also inert (not so much gold amalgam). I think stainless steel is pretty good, used for artificial joints. Still not edible, though.

I agree best not to ingest metals especially when fired out of the end of a barrel lol.
I do make exception for titanium bits and pieces to hold me together, but they are inert.
