What are your sources? Jewish law (Halakha) does not permit, condone, or endorse sexual activity with children. In fact child sexual abuse is strictly forbidden—it is considered a severe violation of Torah law and human dignity. Any suggestion that a child, especially one as young as 3, could be a legitimate partner is a gross misrepresentation of ancient texts. There is ample scripture to support this.....

Did you miss this part at the beginning? It clearly says if a girl is three or older a man can have sexual intercourse with her.

This is referring to an uncle marrying a three year old “widow” (his niece), as if we can call the trafficking of a child “marriage”.
