That's my beef with guiliani...All sorts of shenanigans and chicanery went down with building 7, in addition to all the regular crap with wtc 1&2, and he kept tight lipped about everything. Half of me understands why, the other half - he fell from grace hard.

Numerous US government agencies also had offices there. All occupants successfully evacuated on 9/11, and there were no casualties in the building's collapse.

U.S. Secret Service: Had offices on floors 9 and 10.

Central Intelligence Agency (CIA): Maintained a secret office on the 25th floor, which was not publicly revealed until after the collapse.

Standard Chartered Bank: Occupied floors 10, 13, 26, and 27.

ITT Hartford Insurance Group: Occupied floors 19-21.
