There is the rub. It shouldn't take 30 years to execute a murderer. Lawyers and liberals have gutted justice in America solely so they can continure to suck the life's blood out of the system.
Not a single state in this country should have taken the death penalty off the table for serious violent crime, and the fact that they did just made violent crime worse in America.
