Yeah, my husband hates seeing me sit at the computer all day, lol. Now that he is home all the time, he sees how much time I spend on here. He keeps coming up with things to get me away from it. Sometimes I have to make myself go outside and enjoy the day, watch the squirrels & birds fight over the assortment of nuts I put out for them π I've actually signed up at the gym he goes to, just to use the treadmill to walk, later I can move onto other exercises. I have to do things slowly because of my back & Meniere's but had to start exercising even if it's just at a slow pace. I used to be active in my teens & when the kids were growing up but getting old sucks! lol. I do miss GAW when I'm doing other stuff, feel like I'm missing something and talking with frens like you, knowing I'm not alone while this movie plays out! Thanks fren for thinking about me, not many people do besides my husband & kids. I'm usually forgotten about tbh.
I understand fren, I love this place and can get so focused that it can be hard to step away. But, fresh air and watching birds & squirrels are good for the soul. We could never forget about you here...enjoy your family there and here where you are appreciated! π€
Yes, it does help if I'm just feeling "wonky headed", lol, does that make sense? That's what I call it, when I feel like I'm not having vertigo yet but kinda feel like it might come on. It's hard to explain, but I'm sure your wife can explain the feeling better than me. But it doesn't help when I have a full on episode (I don't like calling it an attack, so I say episode), you know with the whole passing out, throwing up stuff. However, I'm now out of valium and really don't want to go back to my doctor to ask for more. She knows I don't abuse any meds she gives me, it takes me sometimes a year or longer to use what she gives me, but I hate going to the doctor for anything anymore. She would probably make me do blood tests just for her to prescribe it since I haven't been in to see her for anything in a few years. And I don't currently have a Meniere's doctor anymore, the one I had retired, the one that took my doctors clients, his nurse was a bitch about wearing a mask a the time, so I didn't bother to go see him.
The three exclamation points caught my attention. This is where Q used this many. https://qagg.news/?q=%21%21%21&q2=

with the depositions, Mueller getting cancelled, Billy C. not in good health, RR seems relevanr
I thought the non military time version was more fitting. Trump was posting on a sunday night so it makes more sense.

Also, I've never heard him say good night before like that.
This is kind of interesting but stretchy:
G O O D N I G H T.
DNI is in Good night. DNI Tulsi dropping more declas this week?
I thought about that as well using the 9:54 timestamp.
There may be multiple meanings to this post. I saw some some interesting gematria decodes for it as well.
Love your D N I thoughts...dasting!
good pick for this one

Valuem works well for my wife for her miniseries!

I hate that spell check, but you know what I mean.
Yes, I do know what you mean.π
