According to lots of TDS tards, Trump hasn't been heard speaking in days, the recent golf pictures were from months ago, he has highly swollen ankles, and some are saying he's probably had a heart attack. They hate him with a passion, and are hoping he's dying or even dead. I've come across lots of these posts. So many posts that I'm concerned.

I agree with you on that -- but I'm not saying ban their posts, just the 'trending' hashtag.
I'm pretty sure that 1A doesn't give anyone the right to define a company's algorithm that declares something 'trending'.
The 1st Amendment doesn't give anyone a right to anything. It only enjoins Congress from abridging freedom of speech. The right is God-given. You would need to prove fraud or libel to have any legal action against it. And why should anyone care about which hashtag is "trending"? How could it ever be proved or disproved?
