Check out the dates: "Jan 2009 - Jan 2017" (no time gap), just like his "45 - 47" caps he wears. I like it! =-)
I like that, but to be fair, O was pres for 2 terms for 8 years total, so it makes sense to use the "-". When Trump does the 45 - 47 hat, he is referencing being the 45th AND 47th President, and he is using a "-" to include also being the 46th president, as opposed to just being the 45th and 47th President. In essence, 12 years instead of 8.
