By overseas, I presume you mean Europe? We in Europe (at least a few countries) are completely blocked from accessing GAW, let alone posting. Do you mean Europeans accessing GAW via VPN are having trouble posting?
Has there been any reply about this from the board owners/mods?
Their has been lots of talk over the past few days, mods have commented in a few if I remember correctly. Do a search or scroll back a few days,I don't remember all the details.
This is weird. I managed to log into GAW via a web-proxy. I can get in via US and UK IP's, but all others are blocked. When I logged in to GAW, I saw there was a message for me, and that was this one I am replying to now on scored/co/c/GreatAwakening. How is that, are the two synced?
Australia hit with GAW blackout I'm posting by way of a Boston MA based VPN to login on my home desktop, my work phone and work laptop [Gov't] and private phones are blocked from access.
Are you by any chance in Europe? I am being blocked like this since yesterday - from different IPs in my country. Believe other European countries are blocked as well. The page you see, is just a generic page they present, when they do not know or want to tell you what is going on.
Normally it is the customer that chooses which IPs to block, but I don't believe GAW is intentionally blocking Europe. It could be a configuration mistake, so I home someone with access can ask the board owners.
No, I have a feeling it is EU somehow making CF block IP ranges. However, it might not necessarily be directed against GAW (overlapping IP adresses).
I had trouble posting all week, until they made the change yesterday, things were very slow. Now people overseas are having trouble posting.
A better VPN located in the US seams to help. Look around we have had several discussions on this subject.

Edit: This post of mine appeared immediately on GAW, so perhaps https://scored.co/c/GreatAwakening and https://greatawakening.win both point to the same backend...
We must have had a lot of fukery from overseas. Things were very slow, maybe A DDS attack.
I'm no expert on this stuff.
It also says I should email the board owners, and also provide the cloudfare ray ID (which I have at hand).
No idea why this is happening, I didn‘t do anything specifically different, just opened the site - as usual - from my iPhone.
It appears Europe and other non-US territories have geo-blocked access to GAW. Using a vpn seems to clear this up for most people.
True that, using Mullvad now and all is well.
I think you have to login to both different accounts. It’s not just one login for all.

As Pbman2 suggested, if your using a VPN, try changing connect location.
If not using VPN, you might try clearing all your browser cache, close all browser windows and retry.
You can also run command - ipconfig /flushdns although I don't think that has actually ever bought me anything.
I can olny access tbru Google, which i rarely use, because DDG gives me that same error
