See that is a very interesting observation because the FBI Utah stated they "tracked" his movements to/from various places. Tracking is done by electronic means typically. If it was observations it would be observed, or someone saw, someone stated. It did sound like today's FBI statements indicated they have his phone pegged. Which is of course going to be a burner # or stolen.
