The shirt. Braveheart. Last word while being drawn and quartered. The fight goes on.
And this tribute is a heartwrencher. These people know first hand the pain of grief and the courage of standing up in spite of fear. I remember thinking as I watched Christians being beheaded by ISIS, "would I have that courage if forced with a sword at my neck?" I didn't know. I don't know. I pray I would. Like the firefighter in Butler throwing himself in front of the bullet.
I don't think you are alone. Charlie's murder has affected many people the same way even though they didn't know his name the day before. God bless you.
Charlie really did try to bridge the gap between conservatives and liberals, he was succeeding that's why they tried to silence his voice, all they did was succeed in making it louder.
If someone was willing to listen and have honest debate with him he willingly did so and very respectfully. This was happening more and more he was making headway.
All I've been able to think of since this has been happening that video of that little boy saying Charlie bit my finger and my eyes start to tear up. He was the best of us.
People don't realize it, but Charlie Kirk was basically MLK for a new generation. So many similarities
Both Conservatives
Movement Builders
Used moral framing
Were skilled communicators
Thrived in controversy
Appealed to youth
Both were killed in political assassinations.
The main difference of course is MLK fought to dismantle racial segregation and expand rights, while Kirk argued for preserving conservative traditions and limiting progressive changes

Same from Holland brother. This shit is unbelieveable, such a waste of a good man.. husband, father and icon.
He will not be forgotten.
Trump should ensure he gets a statue somewhere prominent!

Wow! We are not alone and neither are the Afrikaners. We ARE brothers and sisters - all of us. Thanks for sharing.

"dismantle racial segregation and expand rights" = "preserving conservative traditions and limiting progressive changes" = FREEDOM
