So, to be blunt, Russia just criminalized an ideology. There is no group named the "International Satanist Movement". If they had designated O9A, this would be a different story.
They will likely lump people into this "group" arbitrarily.
While I can applaud efforts to combat satanism, I find that the only correct path to fighting an ideology is by exposing it + providing a better one.

In another 20 years, would I be a criminal in Russia for criticising or not being a member of the Orthodox church? I find it to be full of idolatry and paganism; would I be prevented from saying that due to "inciting religious hatred", as the courts mentioned above?
