It used to be rare when I was a kid I was born in late 60s, and rare in my daughters generation she was born late 80s. Now three of her friends all autistic children one is severe and my great niece is autistic. Same thing with cancer.
The biggest change to the bioweapon schedule came around the 2000s. The second big change was toward the early 90s if I recall. But this topic has been around all the way back into the 80s so yeah they have slowly dialed it up hoping the public has not noticed and it worked for decades...well until now.

Of my siblings we have an '85 '87 and '96. The '96 is different. Same nurture, different "nature". My anecdotal two cents anyways.
