I can tell you that I have a 10 yr old son with autism and ADHD, He has had no vaccines but I probably took a few Tylenol when I was pregnant. I know for a fact it would have been literally a few because we don't use medicine unless it can't be avoided and I don't trust doctors when they say meds are safe during pregnancy. We have worked very hard on healing his gut and he did a 180 in the right direction.
We now know that China and India import many of our drugs and drug ingredients when trade was opened up to them. It'd be interesting to see if the autism rate is corollated with this. Tylenol's been around OTC since 1960 (looked it up) well before overseas imports.

I took nothing in pregnancy and the baby only had one vaccine at 3 months tdap.
She is having speech and social issues though not severe. They want me to test her.
What's the consensus...why didn't they address post pregnancy
If you get her tested I guarantee they will find a problem with her. That's where they make their money. I spent a lot of time around quote unquote autistic children when I was raising my son as a toddler. Strangely, I was able to interact normally with probably 90% of them. Some, however, were very clear cases of actually being neurodivergent.

A private school rejected her at 4 for red flags. They said they didn't offer services for what she needs. She flaps and repeats everyone's words instead of answering questions. Describes things in color. Was afraid of potty training and pooping due to the colors and sounds. Hates loud noises. I mean she cowers on me from them.

There was a clear mark for the adult dose but no clear mark for a child's dose, yet the bottle had instructions for the amount to give children. It was a Walmart in a town made up of many hispanics.
It really bothered me that the child's dosage was confusing and that non English speakers, or anyone for that matter, would easily have just looked at the mark on the cup for adults and just give it to their children.

There can be chemicals made as by-products in drugs during the manufacturing process that can be harmful. Acetaminophen manufacturing can have one or two by-products, if I remember correctly, (I had a little knowledge about them at one time many years ago). One in particular had an allowance in the USP of only in the part per billion range. Usually these by-products are allowed in the pp million range. I take a lot of acetaminophen, so it worries my a little.

Taking a lot of acetaminophen is not good for your liver. Hope you can cut back.
