On the latest episode of Tommy's Podcast, they talk about drones being there. That it was a drone that shot Charlie, and the plane that took off from Provo had done a fly by 3 hours prior to Charlie being shot and returned 20 minutes after.
They're suggesting the plane dropped to like 600ft and slowed to 120 knots and launched the drones we see in some of the videos, flew off, then returned and dropped to 300ft and slowed to 118 knots picking them back up.
