I took 4k of each daily for 30 days. 2k of each in the morning and another 2k when I went to bed. The hard part was not eating anything an hour before and an hour after.
Crappy diet.
Almost no exercise.
High blood pressure.
Smoked a pack a day for 40+ years.
The cardiologist was shocked when I told him my history.
The cardiologist said that my arteries were about 5% short of optimal for a man my age who lived right.
In my opinion, there's no reason not to try it if you have any concerns. I abused the hell out of my body and was starting to experience the expected results. That's why I tried it.
I believe that God gave this information to u/JohnTitor17 to share with us and God allowed me to have a stroke so that I could confirm the information.
The doctors are amazed at my healing progress. I came home from the hospital in July in a wheelchair and now I walk. I had no feeling on the left side of my body and that numbness is subsiding. My vertigo is virtually gone and I have no doubt that I'll be able to swallow again soon and they will be able to remove this feeding tube from my stomach. Maybe God had me go through this so that I could testify on this. I wouldn't have gone through that testing again if I hadn't had the stroke. If it helps even one of my fellow frogs, it was well worth it.
What type of tests did you have to confirm that this works? Did you have a heart calcium CT scan? My dr wants me to have one because of high cholesterol. Did your lipid panel show lower cholesterol or LDL also after the 30 days? I've just started doing this plan & hope it works or else it's statins for me!!
They ran tons of tests including 2 MRIs and 3 CT scans. I don't know what my cholesterol numbers were/are, but they prescribed statins and I am not taking them. My research says that our body makes cholesterol because it needs it. It appears to me that this whole LDL/HDL cholesterol thing is yet another one of big pharma's lies. Please do some research and share what you learn.
From what I've researched so far, it seems that high LDL (bad) cholesterol is what causes the sticky plaque to build up in the arteries, so that's why I was wondering about yours. I'm also refusing statins, don't worry!! Will you be continuing this protocol forever, or can you dial it down to smaller doses now, for prevention?
I'm on a feeding tube right now so I can't use the protocol unless I grind up the pills, which is a hassle. I'm almost 60 and it took this long to clog them up so I don't know if I'll restart or not. It's highly unlikely that I'll live to be 120. ;)
Plaque is Lipoprotein A. Produced to act as a temporary bandage for micro tears in artery walls. Don't produce collagen fast enough to repair the walls plaque will continue to accumulate and eventually calcify or rupture and cause "The Big One".
What Vitamin is critical for collagen production ? (hint: ask Linus Pauling)
They are sure as hell trying. I'm not taking most of them.
Thanks for this info Radcat. Can you testify as to it's effectiveness? This is my primary topic of research these days. I want to drive my car again and my meds make me dizzy so I haven't been driving.

Forgive my ignorance, but when you say 4k, does that mean 4k milligrams?
That's correct.
Thank you very much

Probably so. Congrats fren!
