I don’t know. I personally know people who swear by it as a sort of ‘Cure All’. I also know people who’ve tried it and didn’t have it do anything to help them.
As far as I know, cbd makes you sleepy, but the pain relief component requires some thc in the mix. It has a calming effect , helps with sleep. If you grow a cannabis plant, and wait too long till harvest, the thc will fade away and you will have less of a psychedelic high, as the cbd increases in the plant past its prime. I have used both, but it was the regular flower with thc that helped with joint flexibility with my awful arthritis. Taking a break from it though because being buzzed all day is not great either, feeling it is time to stay very alert and awake. Some use cbd as a body rub, like arnica, and they say it works. It is an antiinflammatory. I am 75, have grown it, used weed, I can attest that it does help with pain, it stops the way I seize up with stiffness, cbd just puts me to sleep, so that pic of the lady with trekking poles could be me, but if it was just cbd, the last thing I would be doing is trekking in the woods, I would be snoring under a tree.
CBD is just a pretty good natural inflammatory with some mild pain relieving properties. It's also a great antioxidant. It can also help reduce stuff like seizures.
I wouldn't say it's a magic cure all, but it isn't nothing. I still would be careful to overstate what it can do, but every medicine has a purpose.
Strange.
Whats the deal on the CBD anyway?

It's the chemical in marijuana that doesn't get you high. It helps with pain management and sleeping issues
Can you still pass a drug test,so you can earn money to support illegals?
