I never took a flu shot until they bundled the tetanus shot with the flu shot, and refused to give the tetanus shot - which is also totally unnecessary - without combining in the flu shot.

The flu hits hard at times, got me several years back. EWOT exercise with oxygen is a recent thing, no need to be in a hyperbaric chamber. If I remember I will ask my integrative health doc about this. Where I am at I would be afraid of toxic mold growing in a home oxygen system.
TBH, I FAFO'ed in the early nineties, and never again.

It is NOT like they hid antivirals (Ivermectin & others ) from you so you could suffer and/or die.
