I would not be surprised if they are operating the organ harvest farm and trafficking.
No doubt human trafficking, baby trafficking, and organ trafficking are all tied together. If you find one, you'll find the others going on, too.

Interesting layers to the story reveal how a potential (probable) organized crime network, operating under fraudulent covers of legitimacy, is divided into criminal cells with plausible deniability built in for upper "management." The kind of stuff RICO laws were designed to combat. Exposes some legal loopholes that may be fixed or fortified with updated laws, oversight and compliance.
