Referring to what became known as the Steele Dossier, which Hillary & friends ordered up from a guy named Christopher Steele in the UK and was COMPLETELY FAKE. It's the one that tried to make it look like Trump was working with Russia to steal (no pun intended) the 2016 election.
It is a gigantic worldwide conspiracy to get rid of the U.S. president By Any Means Necessary, including by assassination.
