Flynn is an obvious proxy, but optically "outside the admin" for now. It is clear to me that Flynn is Trump's "backup" and he is separated for an important reason. Key event with restoration of Republic Dept of War and forced oaths to Republic (not US CORP) on 9-30, but there are likely still threats and sleepers hidden in Mil-Ind complex.

I suspect that Flynn is key in pre-empting and uncovering these threats to POTUS as they emerge.
