Somewhere in their pea sized brains they believe that being naked will be extra "offensive and shocking". What they fail to realize is the left has been dropping its drawers since the 1960's and the tactic is "old hat". So much so, as to barely rate a raised eyebrow.

The truth is nobody really cares if these unattractive individuals (and truthfully the majority are) parade around -- other than if children are exposed to their nonsense. The federal government should be on site to insist that the local police follow through on enforcing indecent exposure codes.

The general public should refuse to notice them denying them the attention they crave.
