I have no idea what the Reddit post is about. I've never heard the phrase "run Spark". And what's "an earnings flex"? You Yanks definitely have a language all of your own. It kinda looks like English most of the time but it's frequently a meaningless word salad (to me).

Think of it like Uber, except that instead of taking passengers, the driver delivers items purchased from a store to the customer's home. The driver is saying that he's getting more orders to deliver because, with less illegal aliens, there are less drivers competing for the orders. Probably the same thing is happening with uber- less drivers means more business for the drivers that remain
Mr_A explained the delivery industry well. An earnings flex would be bragging about how much money a person makes. The Redditor is not trying to brag or show off personally and is just saying that with illegals gone, American delivery drivers are able to earn more.
