bring the military with machine guns and canons.. Pritzker to Gitmo ASAP

On 2nd thought.. just use "Voice of God" tech on all these people so they book tickets and drive to airport asap.. use the tech to make all criminals turn themselves in and strip naked too in front of the police station.
