Yep! Shooting at officers and trying to hurt them needs to have reputations. Years of sitting in a locked cage ought to give her enough time to understand her decision on that particular day. Thus, when she gets released she will not try to harm a officer of the law, again. And while in there she could become pen pals with Diddy.
