Here i am, an old man, and I have never considered that the media did something like this. Not that it hasn't been done before, but it just seems too nefarious, even for them. Yet as I learn daily , nothing is off limits for the deep state. We need wholesale change in the MSM and it cannot happen soon enough.
This has been fairly capable of being seen since around 2009 on social media sites and search engines.
Prior to that with physical media and local media being distribution channels, it was probably a lot harder to spot.
It’s definitely a mess.
Pretty much anyone under 35 is well aware that this is SOP for the "media"
I came across this again today in a fb post. It was during his first term.
This has been going on forever. I started seeing this in the 80's with Iran Contra. Major newspapers were printing different headlines for the same paper but for different regions. There was also a 10 o'clock news cast and an 11 pm news cast in my area from the same news station and the headline stories would always be different.
I think about this a lot. I'm such a news junkie and think I get my news from independent sources, but how do we know who is really independent? And how do we know we aren't being brainwashed from the conservative perspective? They have red and blue mockingbirds.

First principles critical thinking around apriori thinking should always shape worldview.
Aposteriori thinking around presented facts shapes response out of necessity only.
Limit mediated response to a lesser role than observed reality.
It’s why I always try to remind people, including myself, that I could be a bad actor (Don’t think anyone is deluded about themselves? Matthew 7:23). I do my best to get things right, and be honest, and pointed toward righteousness, but that doesn’t mean you can know that’s true, and it doesn’t mean I was right about any of it.
Imo everyone should be in that mindset and constantly testing everything (2 Corinthians 13:5, 1 Thessalonians 5:21). I’m just some non-authoritative pile of text on the internet, maybe good, maybe not, the Authority must always remain God.

No conspiracy. Operation mockingbird has been declassified and everyone is allowed to read the actual document, for quite some time already.
That means there is a conspiracy. We all need to stop letting conspiracy be supposedly synonymous with implausible.

Once AI takes over the media as a whole…..( news, music, social media etc.).
There will exist the ability to have this kind of thing applied to a personal / individual level.
Consider the ability to influence a population and individuals based on an AI ‘real time psychological profile’ when so-called news feeds (and more) are fed to phones via the same AI.
