I think those tests worked better than most people gave them credit for. I had a few bouts of flu and cold and all my tests showed up negative. Then I lost my taste and was nauseous for days. That test was positive.
My neighbor died from Covid. They tried to get him to the hospital, but he refused. But people die at home all the time, so it isn't that surprising.
Immunocompromised people die all the time via the flu and co-morbidities.
Yeah, and most of them die in the hospital too.
