If it truly was a United Nations it would rotate the meetings in a different country every year.
It seems to lack a universal aspect if it stays rooted in one place. But I'm speaking from purely an idealistic standpoint.
It needs to be (re)moved from Earth but that would be a start. Quite besides it now being transparent nowadays about what Evil it's actually up to, on face value there's no justification for it after nearly a century.

Counterpoint: The UN should stay in the US. We should exploit our veto power and big-stick diplomacy to turn it into a force for good.
