Batman used NSA-style city-wide surveillance tech to pinpoint the Joker, with explicit instructions to Fox to type his own name in and hit "enter" once the situation was resolved to initiate self-destruct mode. Something tells me that's the plan with these tools as well.

No I know he designated them a DOMESTIC terror organization, and he talked about designating them a FOREIGN one (which would give him a lot more legal latitude in how to track them and charge them), and said he was in favor of it, and got the agreement of Marco Rubio and some others in the room at the time, but I hadn't heard yet if they had received that distinction yet. Yeah man, that's literally what I cited in my reply. They haven't received the designation yet though. We heard for months Trump talk about designating them a domestic terror organization before he actually did. Hoping this new designation doesn't take as long to be made official.

The charges don't threaten anyone until judges are MADE to meet out some penalties. We got us a judge problem. The military IS the only way.
