Personally, I'm literally, currently, moving from Presbyterian to Pentacostal.
TBF, the Presbyterian church is very weak example of a congregation, while the Pentacostal congregation is as "normal" and scripturally based as a fiery sect can be.

I never knew why we were Presbyterian. My parents just liked the church. It was overall a good church donβt get me wrong but it wasnβt deep enough for me. I was confirmed and everything yet they never brought up John Calvin. Now that I am older I think pre destination is heresy. My pastor there didnβt even preach it.
There are plenty of god fearing Protestants who are good people and live out the faith but that has been my issue with many Protestants. I often donβt get the WHY. Also being in the Seattle area I had a hard time finding a Church that wasnβt gay.
