99 is almost average. We shouldn’t be too intellectually elitist.
Rather than IQ tests for voting, the better way to limit the influence on your life by people who are less intelligent than you is to limit what can be voted upon. We’re supposed to be a constitutional republic where the rights of the minority are protected from democracy. We shouldn’t be able to gang up on people and vote them out of their income or freedom, or allow representative democracy to do so. That would mean no more coercive, back-end taxation, and no more violent government monopolization of abstract service industries. If the government’s role is limited to protecting individual rights and managing natural resources and natural monopolies such as physical infrastructure, then there will be lower stakes for political processes.
In The Law, Bastiat wrote that when governmental violation of individual rights is allowed to be legal:
There will be fighting at the door of the Legislative Palace, and the struggle within will be no less furious.“
We could avoid much of that furious political fighting by making government plunder illegal.
Should there be an IQ test to get a voting card?
Yes, and remember heels up got an IQ of 99 on her IQ test in college.🤣 She should not even be qualified to vote.

Should there be an IQ test to be allowed onto the Supreme Court?
She could definitely get us onboard with redistricting the Supreme Court.
Why, we could even let her be the Chief Justice of that sandboxed, non-binding district for “special people”.
