What year are they? Anything from circa 2010 or earlier likely isn’t going to touch any Aircraft in active service at the moment. Aside from maybe the older elements of the Air National Guard. Likely not going to be a hazard for the Regular Airforce though in the slightest.
That and any initial first strike is likely going to bombers operating outside the range of their AA.
