I do not agree with bringing your children to this. These evil antifa fucks have no limits. They would harm a kid and not think twice and half of them probably want to fuck your kids. Please leave your children at home!
That's nice. And she's the adult in the room. Plenty of other alternative ways to show conservative support besides taking your kids into the hornets nest. I dont think she's a horrible mother but this is dangerous.
Antifa seems to have retreated. If there was any sign of danger, I have no doubt she is smart enough to remove herself and her teenagers from the situation. These are not small children who have no business being there. These are teenagers.
These are not children, they are teenagers. I think those teenagers probably have a better handle on what is at stake more so than many of the adults. They are faced with it every day. This mom knows her kids and I am sure she scoped the situation out before participating. She said, it appeared safe.
The culture battle is going to be fought with our youth. This is what Charlie understood. When is an appropriate time to wage this battle? Parents I think sometimes underestimate their children and their strength. Antifa counts on people being too afraid to take action.
Antifa knows how to read the political winds and right now, those winds are not blowing in their favor. The place was also full of alternative media filming everything. If Antifa tried anything, it would not be a good look for them and risked alienating them even more from public support - which is eroding quickly.
Yes they did. I have a few of those in my own family history - a long list of them so it must be in our blood.
One of my ancestors was a Civil War Vet that lied about his age to join one of the Iowa regiments. He was 15. Even my own father tried that one to join the Air Force back in the early fifties. I think he was almost 17 at the time. They weren't buying it. He went back when he turned 18 and joined. He was stationed in Germany. It wasn't hard to figure out he was lying because both my parents never looked their age. Even when he was 25 he was still being carded to buy cigarettes.
I have an ancestor that was under George Washington's command. He was just a kid - about 16 and was a drummer. The first 3 drums that were shot up the government replaced. The last few he had to pay for himself. Those guys were always in the front. Some real cajones for a young guy - or really stupid. Maybe both.

Her children are the ones that wanted to come and she agreed.

15 year olds used to lie about being older so that they could shoot redcoats in this country

They are demon possessed. I can tell you that right now.
