Today in Greece they just closed over 200 Post Offices (on top of those already closed over the last ten years). Banks are also closing down, leaving us to deal with ATMs for all transactions. Soon I predict that those will be gone, leaving us with only cellphones. How do you fight it?
Difficult to send packages now that the nearest P.O. is in the city - 45 minutes drive away, plus parking fee, plus half a mile on foot or by taxi. And there won't be much cash around when the ATMs close, which I think will happen.
I think the local supermarket sells one value of stamp. I think [they] will close the ATMs anyway. ATMs won't be needed when we switch to imaginary "cash" on smartphones. And nothing is going to stop that. It's part of the plan for maximum control. There is, however, a local barter system that has been running for some years with its own "cash" notes.

You keep using Cash. You keep sending Mail.

Can you buy stamps closer to home? Keep using Cash and they won't need to close the ATM.

With ropes and lampposts.
live in small area start using local barter or tokens something all likeminded people will agree on, make a website trading in that hide it as a game.
Open your own post office?
I believe that the mayor is working on that.
